Jewelry is an art form-the art of ornamentation.  It is a statement of who we are.  Jewelry ornaments the body, accents clothing, and symbolizes emotions.  The value of jewelry is sentimental as well as monetary.  The art is truly timeless and has been expressed in all cultures through time.  

The philosophy of Aprilierre,, which would loosely translate to “of April”, is to create timeless pieces of wearable art that is about an individual's personality, style, interests and preferences. Drawn to classic designs that are inspired by vintage crystals and beads to her metal work which borders in simplistic form to edgy designs thus creating a jewelry line that is ever evolving. 

April currently works in her in home studio. Spending hours “experimenting” and creating unique pieces.  Many of these can be seen each summer at the Mill City Farmers Market in downtown Minneapolis.
